Refund policy

At Downtown Sports Nutrition, we want you to shop with confidence. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in the original sealed packaging
  • Be in the same condition you received them
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number

Because supplements are ingestible products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for safety and quality reasons.

To start a return, email the order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return to admin@downtownsportsnutrition.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different product, you may return an eligible unopened item for a refund and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@downtownsportsnutrition.com. We'll work with you to replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order items
